Our outfits come with extra fabric in the blouse width and length, the skirt has extra length, the waistband is a stretchy elastic with a dory to make it adjustable, it has POCKETS, a zippered blouse to easily put on your wiggly child, lightweight banarasi silk for comfort, tabs on the shoulders to hold that dupatta in place, a stretchy adjustable belt to accessorize or merge the top and bottom into an Anarkali or Dress. These are meant to be mixed and matched with other Desi or American Outfits. It is meant to be sustainable and long wearing but something fun and soft for your kid. Everything is Handmade and may have slight variations between the same outfit. We support local Indian Tailors and source directly from very small tailor shops.
